If we are unfamiliar with a regulation we must actively seek advice from the legal section, administrative agencies, experts outside the company, etc.
We must report to and notify administrative agencies when the laws, and regulations require it.

Employees must check messages from the company and respond to them immediately.
If employees do not understand the details of regulations or messages, advice must be sort through the department that is in charge of them.

We must comply with the ‘Insider trading Management Regulations’. Insider trading is prohibited and stock transactions are also forbidden if insider trading is suspected.
Keeping promises
We appropriately conduct work to keep a promise to shareholders, customers, consumers, creditors, suppliers, employees, etc., as a representative of the company or a person in charge.
We promise to provide information that is accurate and valid and we strive for clarity which prevents the problem of misunderstanding.
Maintaining confidentiality
Company regulations stipulate that employees must handle confidential information carefully.
Security management is taken seriously. Employees must take steps to ensure protection of confidential information by locking bookshelves, locking office doors, keeping passwords for computers secret and protecting documents.
Confidential information concerning the company, customers, suppliers, business partners or employees is kept confidential. Information must not be disclosed outside of the workplace against company rules.
The privacy of others is respected.
Honesty
Information is kept accurate: misrepresentation of facts is prohibited.
Concealment
Negative information must not be concealed and misleading others by exaggerating the facts is prohibited.
If there is negative information, it must be reported immediately. Contacting and consulting with colleagues, through cooperation, can establish the best strategy to deal with the situation.
Disclosing, providing and reporting the information must be done appropriately and timely and the information must be correct.
Disclosure of information must be done fairly, accurately and timely which enhances our reputation in the community.
Ignoring our responsibilities
We are responsible to report any acts of misconduct or violations to our supervisors or consult with committee that is in charge of addressing complaints and grievances. We must act regardless of our position, department or the extent of our responsibility.
Not blaming others
Certain preventative countermeasures must be found to solve problems immediately. Employees must take responsibility for all aspects of work and not blame others if a problem occurs.
Ignoring problems
Problems must be solved at an early stage; otherwise the problem could get bigger.
No document shall be altered and no false entries shall be made on the books or records for any reason.
Harassment
Fair treatment is given to all employees. There is no form of discrimination against gender, age, physical disabilities, sexual orientation, nationality, beliefs, backgrounds, religion, race, disabilities, medical history etc. We regard differences of personality and respect it.
Discrimination
It is prohibited to use language that is deemed to be discriminatory or has potential to offend others.
Private and public matters
Fraud, theft or use of company property for personal use is forbidden.
We do not confuse business with personal matters.
Wearing the uniform outside of working hours while participating in private activities for extended periods is forbidden. The uniform should not be worn while shopping, eating at restaurants or engaging in forms of entertainment such as gambling (playing pachinko)

Traffic safety
Driving while intoxicated is prohibited. If a friend or colleague is intoxicated it is our duty to help. We must stop that person from driving.
If a friend or colleague is drunk, we must not lend that person a car and refrain from giving that person more alcohol.
If we cause a traffic accident, our top priority is to help the victims. If we are the victim, we must act in an appropriate manner and be understanding to others.

The company strives to protect the environment so we must think about how to dispose of waste properly and efficiently.
We effectively use and recycle resources and energy, such as a purchasing recycled products and trying to minimize the use of paper.
By not having “dead stock” and improving yield rate and we contribute to save resources and preserve global environment.
Appropriate transaction
We treat our customers and suppliers and subcontract factories fairly and with honesty.
We must comply with competition laws in each country and we must not make illegal arrangements with our competitors such as cartel behavior, price fixing and allocation.
It is prohibited to practice unethical business such as making unreasonable or dishonest requests.

We do not export things, which have a possibility to be used as firearms or weapons: it is our responsibility to maintain international peace and safety.
When it is uncertain if the freight/technology have risk to be diverted for military purpose, we confirm with the Export Control Committee.
